I just got a BFN from my first IVF cycle, and I'd really like to do everything that can be done to improve my chances next cycle.

My acupuncturist suggests that perhaps she can help improve my husband's sperm. He has varicocele. He has not too many sperm, low motility, not great morphology.

As for me -- I'm 38. AMH 0.43. Worst day 2 FSH 15.4 -- went down to 10.1 after a month of waiting and acupuncture. The IVF cycle (non-Lupron) went fine. 9 eggs were retrieved, 7 mature. 6 fertilized. 3 transferred on day 3. None left to freeze on day 5.

Because I didn't produce too many eggs (although more than I thought I would given my AMH and my natural pessimism), I wonder if DH should seek treatment to maximize the chances of getting really good embryos. Has anyone else tried acupuncture or anything else for DH?
